Recomendación, excursión a Alejandría con civitatis si os sobra tiempo el último día Translate this opinion into English.

A highly recommended trip. You don't have to worry about a thing; perhaps they should inform you a little in advance about the program for the following day, just a suggestion. The guides are good, explain things very well, and are patient with people. Working in 40°C heat isn't easy. Our guide Ahmed, in particular, was excellent from Luxor to Aswan. I recommend taking the excursion to Alexandria with Civitatis if you have extra time on your last day. Opinion translated. Show original.

We visited pyramids from the Old Kingdom in Cairo, temples and tombs from the Middle/New and Ptolemaic Kingdoms on the Aswan-Luxor Nile River cruise, and churches from the medieval and modern periods of Egypt in Cairo. The guides Mana, Osama, Sheno, and Neur were friendly and punctual, explaining the history of each site well, with free time for photos. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner all at good restaurants, which were high quality and plentiful. Transfers were comfortable and punctual. The hotel and boat were satisfactory, with attentive staff. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Civitatis provided us with everything we needed. From the arrival to the last moment before boarding. The guides were spectacular from the beginning to the very end, paying attention to everything and always being present in case we needed anything. However, Egypt is a country with many problems. Inequality and culture are things that are unsettling and make anyone uncomfortable. Civitatis provided all the support, however, Egypt is not an easy country to visit. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

I really enjoyed the package I booked, and the tours were wonderful. I'm only not giving it an excellent rating because, in some cases, the service provider didn't inspire confidence in planning the activities and services. This is a package that requires a lot of travel, including airports, so demonstrating control of the situation and providing security for tourists is vitally important. Therefore, my request is that the supplier be more transparent with the information provided. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

After serious organizational problems the day after arrival and a first guide who did not shine, everything was remedied by the organization, which did the impossible to resolve it, with commendable commitment. Overall, I am very satisfied, recommending this trip both for the visited area, wonderful, and for the cruise, perfect in every way, and for the management staff, truly efficient and helpful, always present. Absolutely recommended. Opinion translated. Show original.

Bellissima vacanza, rapporto qualità prezzo veramente ottimo. Translate this opinion into English.

A wonderful vacation, truly excellent value for money. We managed to see everything, from Cairo to the Nile cruise. A special thanks to Essam, our super helpful and kind manager, and Mohamed, our cruise guide. We thank Civitatis and Dunas Travel for their availability. I had doubts when booking, but believe me, it was worth it; we saved at least 50% compared to other local agencies. Opinion translated. Show original.

Recomendado totalmente. Translate this opinion into English.

I loved this tour! As a woman traveling alone, it felt very safe because they pick you up and drop you off at the airport, and they also help you with customs upon arrival. It's very comfortable considering you don't speak the language. The guides were excellent, especially Ahmed, who is very attentive to his group and makes sure we have a good time. An unforgettable experience! Egypt is wonderful. Highly recommended. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

A small comment on the excursion to the Nubian village: considering the costs of services, in general, in Egypt, the price of €45.00 per person seemed a bit high to me, even though it was not mandatory and included in the program. I think the price of €35.00 is more fair. Opinion translated. Show original.

The tour is wonderful, well-organized with the main points covered, and the history is told in a way that captivated us. The transfers are excellent, the guides are wonderful, and communication is good in terms of response time. However, the only reservation I would like to mention is the lack of advance notice of the itinerary and the fact that meals were charged separately. Also, on the last day of the boat trip, we did all the Luxor tours in the morning, in the heat, and were adrift without a shower until midnight.

¡Viaje inolvidable a Egipto! Translate this opinion into English.

An unforgettable trip to Egypt! Great group atmosphere and excellent flexibility from the agency and Civitatis. The excursions were fantastic; Alexandria was captivating! One thing that could be improved: the quad bikes at the pyramids. We had to travel single file, very slowly, with no room to spare, and not at sunset. Despite this, overall it was a wonderful experience. The guides are true professionals, sharing their knowledge in an engaging way, and they were key to the overall experience. Highly recommended! A viagem superou nossas expectativas. Fizemos a versão luxo: hotel excelente e restaurantes bons. Translate this opinion into English.

The trip exceeded our expectations. We received support from arrival (visa issuance) until departure. We were very happy with the attention and friendliness of the guides Saeed, Mohamed, Ahmed, and Wafaa. The visits to the archaeological sites were also exceptional, with enough time to explore and take photos. Unfortunately, we missed the Dendera Temple and the Ancient Museum, but the itinerary was well-chosen. We opted for the luxury version: excellent hotel and good restaurants. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

Quite comprehensive and friendly service from all the guides. Some visits were very quick, but I understand that time is tight. On the other hand, the only negative aspect is that they left us with periods of downtime without activities, during which they try to sell us separate excursions. For example, on the cruise, we took an excursion very early in the morning under the pretext of arriving first and having it to ourselves (which wasn't the case; all the excursions started at the same time and the temple was packed), only to then try to sell us another one later in the afternoon. Translate this opinion into English.

My daughter has celiac disease, and everyone we visited was incredibly accommodating, especially on the M/S Cemiram's III cruise ship, where the chef prepared everything especially for her. There were always different and plentiful dishes; they even made her homemade noodles and bread for breakfast. Special mention must be made of our coordinator, Mimo, who helped us as soon as we arrived in the country and was always looking out for us throughout the trip. Opinion translated. Show original.

¡Totalmente recomendado! You're met at the airport, and throughout the trip, you have very friendly, Spanish-speaking guides who help you with anything you need. The tours are flexible, meals are included, and the cruise meals are very good. You practically only spend money on drinks and souvenirs. We never felt unsafe. Highly recommended! Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

Everything was great. The guides were attentive from the moment you arrive at the airport until you leave; they were helpful and very friendly. The meals were very good and plentiful. The only thing to mention is that the cruise ship doesn't have international alcoholic beverages; in general, they're difficult to find. Also, the itinerary is quite tight, with days when you wake up at 2 a.m. or only get 2 or 3 hours of sleep. Opinion translated. Show original.
