Roberto Rosas Cultural Art Center: The Sculptor's House

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Mendoza at the scheduled time and head to El Bermejo, a favourite district among local artists and artisans.

Our journey will lead us to the Roberto Rosas House, officially known as the Roberto Rosas Cultural Art Center: The Sculptor's House. This remarkable exhibition space pays homage to Mendoza's most famous sculptor, who left a lasting legacy after his passing in 2015.

Once inside, embark on a guided tour with an audio guide in English. The exploration commences at Roberto Rosas' house workshop, delving into the origins of this brilliant sculptor. As you follow the audio guide, encounter masterpieces like the Column of Memory and explore the Patio de los Colosos and other corners of the artist's former residence, providing an up-close look at his creations.

After the visit, we'll transport you back to your Mendoza hotel, completing the journey 2 hours after the initial pickup.

Pickup options

Tour without pickup: Arrive at the Roberto Rosas Cultural Art Center at the designated time
Tour with pickup: Opt for hotel pickup at the designated time in central Mendoza. For non-central accommodations, meet at Paseo Sarmiento, 129, near Independence Square

Both options include a wine tasting and empanadas.

Visit with Lunch and Wine Tasting

For a more complete experience, select an option with lunch and wine tasting at the Casa del Escultor Roberto Rosas.

This will be followed by a delicious lunch. The menu includes: a platter of regional specialities, figs with blue cheese, a selection of cheeses and cold meats, a tasting of empanadas, a tasting of meats served with regional vegetables dressed in olive oil, and apples poached in Malbec for dessert. All accompanied by Malbec wine and sparkling wine from "La Casa del Escultor".

For those who have selected the hotel pickup option, we'll then return you to your Mendoza hotel 4 hours after the initial pickup, concluding the delightful experience.
