Although only two days before they confirmed to me that they could not make the original contract (lunch at Zucardi Piedra Infinite winery) very close to the date of the activity, the option they gave us was very good and I do not regret it. My suggestion is that if initially not there is availability quickly confirm so that one can decide whether to hire or not, if only 48 hours before they notify that there is no availability in a reservation there is no time to decide Opinion translated. Ambas bodegas hermosas. Translate this opinion into English.

Both beautiful wineries. Very rich wines. The restaurant in Salentein is wonderful. Everything was spectacular except for the Salentein guide who couldn't be heard at all and despite several requests he didn't improve. The whole group suffered it. We didn't know anything about that winery regarding what he said. For the winery level, a small headband microphone doesn't hurt. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Tour went well, but we did not like the schedule. It seems to us that the tour has to end with lunch, but we ate between two tastings. And the guide said almost nothing during the tour, just a little story about the Andes Opinion translated. Show original.

I had booked the private tour of the Andeluna and Salentein wineries, but Andeluna was closed and they replaced it with the Jean Bousquet winery, a simple, small winery that cannot be compared to Andeluna. I asked the operator if they would refund part of the paid package, as I had selected the more expensive package, and they did not respond, not even during the tour. I would like to be reimbursed for part of the purchased package, since it was not the one that was carried out.
